As Chief Operations Officer for Foodbuy Group, Mike is responsible for operational excellence across the business, overseeing everything from supply chain logistics and allergen control to the data and tools required to deliver for clients, colleagues and suppliers.
Mike joined the Foodbuy business in 2023 as Supply Chain Director and prior to this worked in a technology start up and later Tesco. Towards the end of his time at Tesco Mike worked as the Trade and Operations Director for the UK General Merchandise business and then the Supply Chain Development Director for Tesco UK & Group.
Outside of work, Mike enjoys running, climbing and skiing. At Foodbuy he has been able to share his enjoyment of the outdoors with colleagues raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support through our Summit for Suzy charity hikes, in memory of our colleague Suzy Newman.
