Founded in 2015, NEMI Teas is a social enterprise tea supplier providing premium, ethically sourced teas for the UK’s leading caterers, hospitality groups and workplaces. It holds Organic Fairtrade and Rainforest Alliance certificates.
Sustainability is central to NEMI Teas’ operations. This includes commercially compostable teabags, 100% recyclable outer packaging, and a solar-powered manufacturing facility. In addition, over 51% of profits are reinvested into its social mission, supporting training and employment opportunities for refugees.
NEMI Teas delivers refugee training programmes in partnership with TRAMPOLINE Café, providing structured, paid work experience designed to support participants in developing skills for long-term employment in the hospitality sector.
